Human Resource Intern

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are looking to build practical experience in HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and documentation.
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams throughout the recruitment process.
• Support the HR team in various ongoing HR-related activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 0-6 months of experience in HR Recruitment, HR Operations, or a related internship.
• Freshers with a strong interest in building a career in HR are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Comfortable working in an on-site environment.
• Candidate must have their own laptop for work.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
