Job Overview

• Infojini Inc. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who want to start their careers in US Recruitment.
• This is an excellent opportunity for graduates interested in human resources, talent acquisition, and international staffing.
• No prior recruitment experience is required.
• Training and guidance will be provided to help candidates understand US recruitment processes and staffing practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and internal databases.
• Understand job descriptions and client requirements for positions in the US market.
• Identify and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ communication skills, experience, availability, and interest.
• Explain job opportunities and coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates and work closely with the recruitment team.
• Work towards recruitment targets while maintaining candidate quality.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate can apply, including B.Com, B.Tech, BBA, B.Pharm, psychology, etc. and other graduates.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior internship experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal, convincing, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to work in the US night shift.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Candidates willing to relocate to Thane, Mumbai, are also welcome to apply.
