Key Responsibilities
- Document processes, identifying HR concerns and compiling data analysis reports.
- Evaluate opportunities for continuous process and governance improvements, partnering to create execution plans.
- Incorporate and translate team and company objectives, end-user experiences, and best practices into technical projects or solutions.
- Provide hands-on support and training with a high degree of customer satisfaction to the HR team, corporate leadership, and other key stakeholders.
- Handle day-to-day troubleshooting, upgrades, and escalations within the HRIS system.
- Manage assigned projects, implementation of new features, and other HCM/HRIS assignments with a high degree of sustainability, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage SaaS HCM upgrades, defect tracking, infrastructure patches, and other vendor changes.
- Partner with functional SMEs to gain knowledge and suggest overall best and scalable solutions.
- Build and support data interfaces, APIs, and integrations.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Build, analyze, and support HR/Payroll data requests and solutions for workforce business intelligence or reporting needs.
- Effectively maintain and build operating procedures, workflows, SOPs, and other documentation.
- Stay updated on company and industry trends, products, and services.
