Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team in Charlotte. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has good organizational skills, and wants to gain practical experience in marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation and coordination of marketing campaigns
- Supporting promotional activities and customer engagement
- Communicating with customers about client products and services
- Maintaining campaign records and tracking daily activity
- Collecting customer feedback and sharing updates with the team
- Working with colleagues to ensure campaigns run smoothly
Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, reliable, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Ability to manage tasks and follow instructions
- An interest in marketing, branding, or customer engagement
Previous experience isn't essential, and training will be provided.
Experience in marketing, retail, events, or customer service is helpful but not required.
