Job Details

• Locations Available: Burlingame & San Carlos
• Start Date: Immediately
• Employment Type: Part-time / Full-time
• Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays
• Pay Rate: $24 – $26 per hour
• Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer.
• Assist clients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) within the scope of practice for a Registered Health Care Aide.
• Assist clients with personal hygiene: skin, mouth, hair care, bathing, and dressing.
• Meal planning and preparation.
• Perform household services including housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders for self-administered medications.
• Report changes in the client’s condition and needs to the administrator or care designer.
• Complete records regarding services performed.
• Drive to appointments or errands.
• Accurately record all hours worked.
• Remain alert and respond immediately to client assistance needs, or call the Company for guidance.
• Participate in all required entry-level and annual training.
• Maintain an active home care aide registration with the State of Ca. Dept. of Social Services Home Care Services Bureau.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to commute to Burlingame & San Carlos, CA (Required).
• Ability to relocate to Burlingame, San Carlos or nearby areas before starting work (Required).
• Maintaining an active home care aide registration with the State of Ca. Dept. of Social Services Home Care Services Bureau.

Qualifications

• Registered Health Care Aide scope of practice for ADLs.
