About the Role

The Front Office Associate is responsible for providing a welcoming and efficient guest experience at the property in Manali. This full-time, on-site role includes managing guest check-in and check-out, handling room allocations, and ensuring accurate posting of charges and payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-in and check-out.
• Handle room allocations.
• Ensure accurate posting of charges and payments.
• Respond to phone and in-person inquiries.
• Assist with reservations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs promptly.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
• Address guest concerns professionally.
• Uphold jüSTa’s standards of service, hospitality, and brand presentation.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and receptionist duties skills.
• Experience in front office or guest-facing roles.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with guest check-in and check-out processes.
• Experience with basic billing and reservation handling.
• Proficiency in using front office software or PMS.
• Basic computer literacy (email, MS Office).
• A service-oriented mindset.
• Professional grooming.
• Reliability in shift-based work.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong practical experience.
• Relevant hospitality experience, preferably in hotels or resorts, is beneficial.
• Prior experience in mountain or leisure destinations is an advantage.
