About the Role
This role focuses on Software Asset Management and providing technical support for end-users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Desktop, Lotus Dominos mail client, and MS Office products.
- Install and troubleshoot Operating systems (e.g., Windows 10).
- Assist users with daily IT operations.
- Monitor pending tickets and ensure regular updates.
- Troubleshoot 1st level local network related issues.
- Troubleshoot 1st level laptop hardware related issues.
- Monitor ticket SLAs and act against SLA warnings.
- Troubleshoot application related issues.
- Configure and update Antivirus software.
- Resolve all Hardware and Paper Jam Issues with respect to Printers.
- Coordinate with Hardware support teams and resolve hardware failures in printers.
- Resolve issues for the print service due to virus in the network.
- Manage software vulnerabilities, end-of-life software, and blacklisted software on endpoint devices.
- Perform software installation, updating, and removal.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Software Asset Management (SAM)
- Windows patching and troubleshooting on endpoint devices.
- Basic understanding of working with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
- Basic knowledge of any software license management tool.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Software Asset Management.
