About the Role
Wert Group is hiring a Business Operations Analyst to support consulting projects with data and analysis. The position is full-time and remote from anywhere in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and clean operational and financial data from client systems
- Build Excel models for costs, capacity, pricing, and process performance
- Benchmark clients against peers using public filings and industry data
- Analyze processes and quantify where time and money are lost
- Prepare charts and slides for steering committee meetings
- Track project milestones, risks, and open actions
- Write short summaries of findings for partners and clients
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups
- Clear writing and the ability to explain numbers simply
- PowerPoint or Google Slides
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
Nice to Have
- SQL, Power BI or Tableau
- An internship in consulting, finance, or operations
- German
