About the Role
IKON Media is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Creator Acquisition Manager Intern. The role involves discovering relevant content creators, managing creator outreach, negotiating commercials, and supporting influencer marketing campaigns from initial outreach to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant Instagram and YouTube creators.
- Reach out to creators through DMs, emails, and other communication channels.
- Collect creator commercials and coordinate negotiations.
- Manage follow-ups and maintain updated creator databases.
- Track creator responses and maintain daily activity reports.
- Assist with creator onboarding and campaign coordination.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and social media trends.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain organised records.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets and basic documentation.
- Self-motivated, consistent, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates with an interest in influencer marketing, creator management, and digital marketing are welcome.
Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home)
Job Type: Internship (Full-Time)
Working Hours: 11 AM – 7 PM
Duration: 1 Month (Initial Evaluation)
Stipend: Starting at ₹5,000/month + performance-based incentives
Note: The first month will be an evaluation period. Continuation and compensation growth will depend on performance.
