Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role

Cogniza Private Limited is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join their Edutech team. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, promoting educational programs, engaging with students and graduates, and implementing marketing strategies to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate quality leads for educational programs, technical courses, internships, and training opportunities.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract students and graduates.
• Identify and connect with potential students, colleges, and educational institutions.
• Promote Cogniza's programs through social media, student communities, and direct outreach.
• Develop student acquisition and engagement strategies.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective follow-ups and conversions.
• Explore college partnerships and new opportunities for educational outreach.
• Work towards achieving monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Prior EdTech or education industry experience is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of student marketing and lead generation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, follow-up, and coordination abilities.
• Target-oriented mindset and ability to work in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing or lead generation in the Edutech field.

Additional Information

• Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA (Based on experience)
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Location: Bangalore (On-site)
