About the Role

Montr AI | Full Time | In-office | Aligarh

We’re looking for a hands-on content creator who can plan content with the team and take full ownership of execution. You’ll spend most of your time creating graphics, short videos and copy, and publishing them across our social channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan content calendars and campaign ideas with the team
• Design graphics, carousels and creatives for LinkedIn, X, and Meta
• Edit and publish short-form videos and reels
• Write post copy, captions and campaign messaging
• Use AI tools to speed up ideation, design and production
• Schedule and publish posts, and respond to comments and messages
• Track post and campaign performance and report weekly on what’s working
• SEO content writing using AI and AI tools

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Hands-on skills in Canva, Adobe or Figma and a video editor such as CapCut
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Comfort using AI tools for content creation
• Self-driven, organized and quick to learn
• Understanding of how LinkedIn, Instagram, X & Reddit work

Qualifications

• A portfolio or 2-3 work samples (required)
• Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply

Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS or tech brands
• Basic knowledge of paid campaigns and analytics
• SEO/AIO/GEO
