About the Role

The Madison Melle Agency is seeking a smart, highly organized, and creatively driven Junior Graphic Designer & Creative Studio Coordinator to support our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a strong design foundation who is equally comfortable developing visual assets, conducting research, and helping keep a fast-paced creative studio organized. The role combines hands-on graphic design with project coordination and day-to-day studio support, offering exposure to branding, hospitality, real estate, social media, digital marketing, and public relations. The right candidate is curious, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with strong visual instincts and a willingness to contribute wherever needed. They should take pride not only in the quality of the final creative work but also in the organization and collaboration required to produce it.

Key Responsibilities

Creative and Design Support

  • Assist with the design of presentations, brand materials, social media assets, email campaigns, marketing collateral, and digital content.
  • Adapt existing brand systems across multiple formats while maintaining visual consistency.
  • Prepare and resize creative assets for social media, websites, email marketing, and client presentations.
  • Support senior creative team members with research, mood boards, image sourcing, and concept development.
  • Format and refine internal and client-facing documents according to agency standards.
  • Organize design files, photography, fonts, templates, and other creative assets.
  • Prepare final files for digital publication, client review, or production.
  • Assist with basic photo retouching and image selection.

Creative Studio Coordination

  • Help maintain project trackers, creative calendars, and shared folders.
  • Coordinate the collection, organization, and distribution of client assets.
  • Take clear meeting notes and help track decisions, feedback, and next steps.
  • Support the preparation of client meetings, presentations, pitches, and internal reviews.
  • Help ensure that documents and deliverables follow approved agency templates and presentation standards.
  • Assist with portfolio, website, and case-study updates.
  • Conduct research related to design, hospitality, culture, competitors, and emerging creative trends.

Team and Office Support

  • Contribute to the smooth daily operation of the studio by helping coordinate meetings, materials, and shared resources.
  • Support occasional office, event, and production needs, including organizing samples, preparing meeting spaces, and coordinating deliveries.
  • Anticipate what the team may need and help resolve small operational issues before they become obstacles.
  • Collaborate across creative, marketing, social media, and public relations assignments as priorities evolve.

Requirements & Tech Stack

  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with Figma and Canva is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
  • A thoughtful portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, and visual composition.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow established brand guidelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable managing several assignments at once.
  • Resourceful and proactive, with sound judgment and a willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and refining work through multiple rounds.
  • Genuine interest in hospitality, lifestyle, real estate, travel, design, and culture.
  • Previous internship or agency experience is helpful but not required.
