Key Responsibilities
- Directly assist the Finance Team with a wide range of projects.
- Expense report auditing.
- Account reconciliation.
- Customer pricing errors.
- Assist with month-end financial reports.
- Assist with monthly operational reports.
- Help with accounts receivable.
- Help with accounts payable.
- Bank statement reconciliation.
- Assist with audits.
- Balance sheet reconciliation.
- Support the payment processing team.
- Data entry.
- Credit checks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Current or recent enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate degree program with an interest and aptitude to work in Accounting.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet applications.
- Ability to work nontraditional work hours as needed.
