About the Role

The Inside Sales Associate (Student Advisor) will guide prospective learners through the admission and enrollment process, focusing on consultative selling and student guidance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban, requiring work during US Shift hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with leads via calls, emails, and messages.
• Understand learners’ goals and recommend suitable programs.
• Clearly explain course features, pricing, and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Follow up on inquiries.
• Meet enrollment and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve learner experience.
• Provide basic counseling on career paths, program selection, and learning formats.
• Ensure high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills to build trust, handle queries, and manage learner relationships.
• Student counseling skills and education-related understanding to guide learners on program selection and career pathways.
• Clear and confident communication skills, including spoken and written English, for professional sales and advisory conversations.
• Basic sales, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities, with a track record of meeting targets in inside sales or similar roles.
• Additional beneficial qualifications:
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Comfort with night/US shifts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
