About the Role

This is a full-time contractual, on-site role for a Content Operations Intern located in Mumbai. The intern will assist in managing content operations for the platform, ensuring timely updates and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining trackers in MS Excel & Google Sheets.
• Content QA/QC.
• Content uploading & thumbnail selection.
• Co-ordination with Internal & external stakeholders as and when required.

Qualifications

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
• Knowledge of the entertainment or media industry is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
• Eligibility: Freshers only.
• Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai.
• Duration: 6 months.
