About the Role
- A high-growth, VC-backed SaaS company is hiring its founding India Associate Product Manager (APM).
- This role involves running discovery calls, writing specs, and overseeing feature shipping, often within the same sprint or two.
- You will work directly with a designer and 2-3 engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Sit in on customer calls and support tickets to understand product shortcomings.
- Translate user feedback into written problem statements and rough specifications.
- Define "done" for a feature, including the metric it should move.
- Track feature performance post-launch.
- Conduct competitor teardowns.
- Write release notes.
- Perform onboarding-flow Quality Assurance (QA).
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 0-3 years of experience, ideally with exposure to a B2B or SaaS product (internships count).
- Sharp, structured written communication skills for specs and updates.
- Basic comfort with data tools like SQL, Mixpanel, or a strong willingness to learn them.
- Genuine curiosity about user behavior.
- A reliable remote-work setup.
