About the Role

Counsel Union is a health and wellness-focused organization offering personalized diet plans based on dietary preferences, lifestyle, and fitness goals. The aim is to help clients make informed dietary choices through suitable diet plans and professional guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand clients’ dietary preferences, lifestyle, fitness goals, and nutritional requirements.
• Explain suitable diet plans, their features, benefits, pricing, and packages.
• Handle client queries, address concerns, and resolve objections related to diet plans.
• Follow up with interested prospects and convert enquiries into sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate client information, lead records, and follow-up updates in the CRM.
• Build strong client relationships and guide them through the purchase process.
• Coordinate with nutritionists or dietitians, wherever required, to address diet-related queries.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good counselling, pitching, and sales abilities.
• Excellent follow-up and objection-handling skills.
• A target-oriented mindset with the ability to convert leads into paying clients.
• Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable diet plan packages.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales processes.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, counselling, or inside sales will be preferred.
• Experience in health, fitness, nutrition, or wellness sales will be an added advantage.
