Location: Frisco, TX (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop and technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Windows-related issues.
- Support laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist with Microsoft Office 365 and basic network connectivity issues.
- Respond to user support requests and resolve technical issues.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in the Chinese language.
- Basic experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Experience with Windows operating systems.
- Experience resolving IT-related technical issues.
Qualifications
- Junior-level candidates are acceptable.
