Walk In Drive Details

• Date: October 31, 2026 - November 1, 2026 (Saturday & Sunday)
• Time: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
• Venue: TELUS Digital, Tower-6, UG Floor, Candor Techspace, Sector 135, Noida, UP 201304

Role & Responsibilities

• Performing inbound chat from wire transfer customers and agents.
• Taking inbound chats per day from customers.
• Answering a wide range of inquiries and solving a wide range of customer service issues and problems.
• Assisting customers with a highly regimented schedule.
• Processing customer orders and ensuring their accuracy and completion.
• Participating in continuous training sessions and sharing best practices.
• Showing good oral and written skills for call escalation via call sheet completion or call escalation.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Work Model: 24*7 (Work from Office)
• Shifts: Comfortable in night shifts and rotational week offs.
• Relocation: Candidate should be comfortable with relocation to job location - Noida.
• Skills:
• Strong customer service skills, including diplomacy and the art of diffusing tense situations.
• Ability to model the corporate values of respect, courage, passion, teamwork, and integrity.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (Result awaited can apply)
• Experience:
• Fresher graduates are eligible to apply.
• Graduates with a minimum 1 year of International chat experience are required.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: 2.92 LPA - 3.43 LPA
• Transportation: Free pick up and drop facility will be provided within 35 Kms from the office address.
