About the Role

The Data/Information Mgt Analyst 2 is a developing professional role focused on data activities including database administration, data analysis, maintenance, data quality, and database management or architecture/design engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for routine operational or administrative work.
• Day-to-day actions focus on administering defined procedures, analyses, and report preparation.
• Delivers routine and defined outputs daily, while developing knowledge of the broader context.
• Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation, safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
• Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, and applying sound ethical judgment.
• Escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Analytic tools: SAS E-miner, Knowledge Seeker, SPSS, etc.
• Big data and machine learning experiences: R, Python, etc.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years relevant experience.
• Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to engage resources outside their direct control to achieve objectives.
• Good understanding of how the team interacts with others.
• Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards.
• Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of tasks/services provided.
• Impact restricted to own team.
• Work is thoroughly reviewed and checked by more senior incumbents.
• Limited contact outside their immediate area.
