About the Role
SDLC Corp is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic SEO Intern eager to build a career in Search Engine Optimization and Digital Marketing. This internship provides hands-on experience in SEO, website optimization, keyword research, content optimization, and performance tracking on real-world B2B technology projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Support on-page SEO activities such as meta tags, headings, and content optimization.
- Help execute off-page SEO activities including backlink research and submissions.
- Monitor website performance and search rankings.
- Assist in SEO audits and website optimization tasks.
- Work with content writers to optimize blogs and website pages.
- Learn and use SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Prepare basic SEO reports and performance updates.
- Research industry trends and suggest SEO improvement opportunities.
- Support the marketing team in day-to-day SEO activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
Candidates should have knowledge of or interest in:
- Basic SEO concepts
- Keyword Research
- On-Page SEO
- Off-Page SEO
- Content Optimization
- Website Optimization
- Google Search Console (Basic)
- Google Analytics (Basic)
- MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in Marketing, IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- SEO or Digital Marketing certification is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of SEO and Digital Marketing is preferred.
- Quick learner with good problem-solving skills.
- Passion for digital marketing and search engine optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Internship, academic projects, or certification in SEO/Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
