Real Estate Salesperson

About the Role

The Real Estate Salesperson will work full-time on-site in Gurgaon, engaging with clients to understand their requirements and match them with suitable residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting property tours
• Managing inquiries
• Negotiating offers
• Guiding clients through the full sales process from initial contact to closing
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, property listings, and pricing
• Preparing and reviewing agreements and documentation in coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
• Following up on leads
• Participating in marketing activities
• Upholding Gman Realty’s standards of trust, transparency, and service excellence

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Knowledge of Real Property concepts
• Knowledge of local Gurgaon real estate market dynamics
• Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Basic computer proficiency
• Familiarity with real estate CRM or listing platforms

Qualifications

• Prior experience in residential or commercial property sales in Gurugram is highly preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
