Hospital Administration Faculty

About the Role

The Hospital Administration Faculty is a full-time, on-site role at the Kochi campus of Adi Group of Institutions. This position involves planning and delivering lectures, workshops, and case-based learning sessions on hospital operations, administration, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct theoretical and practical classes for students in Hospital Administration.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, presentations, and academic schedules.
• Teach subjects related to hospital management, healthcare administration, medical records management, patient care services, and hospital operations.
• Provide practical knowledge of hospital procedures, healthcare systems, and administrative functions.
• Guide and mentor students in academic activities, assignments, projects, and examinations.
• Conduct regular assessments, tests, and evaluations to monitor student performance.
• Maintain students' attendance records, academic progress, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with the academic team and management regarding syllabus completion and student performance.
• Organize seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and practical training sessions.
• Support students in internship arrangements, hospital visits, and placement-related activities.
• Update teaching methodologies and course content according to current healthcare industry standards.
• Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning environment in the classroom.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Relevant teaching or industry experience in hospital administration.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
• Ability to guide and motivate students.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
