Key Responsibilities
- Expertise across all phases of Performance Engineering activities including Requirement Gathering, Planning, Scripting, Execution, Analysis, Troubleshooting, Tuning, and Reporting to evaluate and improve application performance.
- Proficient in developing and executing performance testing scripts and scenarios with JMeter, with the ability to enhance/customize using advanced scripting techniques.
- Strong expertise in deep-dive performance monitoring and analysis using Dynatrace, providing actionable insights to diagnose and resolve bottlenecks.
- Skilled in defining workload models, simulating production-like scenarios, executing large-scale performance tests, and analyzing results to ensure system stability, scalability, and reliability.
- Solid understanding of Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), system architecture, and technology stacks to ensure comprehensive performance coverage.
- Ability to fine-tune application, database, and infrastructure components for optimal performance.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, operations, and business stakeholders, to analyze results, recommend optimizations, and drive performance improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable performance gains.
