About the Role
Moonshot Factory Inc. is hiring a Developer Advocate Intern: AI Observability. This role requires a student who understands how AI agents are built and run in production, can explain it clearly, and wants to be the visible voice of it among developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn the product by using it: instrument a sample agent, read the traces, and understand cost, quality, and performance signals.
- Create clear technical content, tutorials, demos, and documentation related to AI observability.
- Represent the platform as a tech influencer/evangelist on web and social media. Write and publish short technical posts, threads, walkthroughs, and small demos for LinkedIn, X, dev.to, and similar platforms, using your own account.
- Engage in developer communities where agent builders talk: GitHub discussions, Discord, Slack groups, Reddit, and forum threads. Answer questions, share learnings, and be helpful.
- Translate community feedback (questions, points of confusion, curiosities) into input for the product team.
- Report weekly on published content, engagement, and future plans.
- Explain complex monitoring, evaluation, reliability, and performance concepts to developers and technical audiences.
- Support developer community engagement through webinars, workshops, social channels, and technical events.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback and improve developer experience.
- Build sample projects and hands-on demonstrations showcasing practical observability workflows for AI applications.
- Work directly with the founder and CEO.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Comfortable in social media and online developer communities; this comes naturally.
- Strong interest in developer advocacy, artificial intelligence, observability, and technical communication.
- Comfortable posting under your own name and connecting with new people online and on social media.
- Have built at least one LLM or agent project and can articulate what broke during its execution.
- Ability to explain a technical idea to another developer in plain words. Evidence through public writing, talks, videos, or open-source work is preferred.
- Ability to understand and explain software concepts through writing, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Comfort with learning developer tools, APIs, cloud technologies, or monitoring platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and collaborative approach.
- Open to remote contributions and learning quickly in a fast-moving technology environment.
- Preferred familiarity with tracing, OpenTelemetry, LangGraph, evaluation, or any observability tool.
- Preferred a following, even a small one, in a developer community.
This is a remote, paid internship with a duration of 6 months, potentially longer.
Monthly stipend ranges from ₹8,000 to ₹32,000.
