Designation: Banking Operations New Associate
About the Role
This role involves solving routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines. You will be given detailed instructions on all tasks, and decisions will impact your own work and be closely supervised. You will be an individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform account maintenance services, account closure, deceased customer processing, and US legal order processing.
- Process trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business.
- Your primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisor.
