About the Role
Raj Innotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Junior Purchase Engineer for a full-time, on-site position at their Rajkot manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in purchasing activities for machinery, components, and materials for water treatment and beverage projects.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in line with project requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers.
- Compare quotations.
- Track deliveries.
- Maintain accurate procurement records.
- Support purchase planning.
- Monitor inventory levels.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure timely availability of quality materials.
- Analyze purchasing data.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Skills in Purchasing Processes and Purchase Management.
- Skills in Purchase Planning and handling Purchase Orders.
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, industrial components, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement software tools.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and vendor coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site in Rajkot.
Rajkot based candidates preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
