About the Role

Role Overview
The selected candidate will work in the field for the first year to gain hands-on experience in market operations, doctor engagement, and product promotion. After successful completion of field training, the candidate will transition into a Product Executive role at the Head Office, contributing to product strategy, marketing, and brand management.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand MRHM Pharma’s product portfolio and therapeutic areas.
- Participate in field visits with sales teams to understand real-world market dynamics.
- Interact with doctors, pharmacists, and distributors to collect insights and feedback.
- Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Assist in preparing product literature, visual aids, and marketing materials.
- Analyze competitor data and market trends to support strategic decisions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Qualifications
- B.Pharma/Pharm.D

- Willingness to travel extensively during training.
