About the Role
- Assist in the verification of embedded software for transfer cases.
- Part of a Software Validation Team.
- Support activities such as test execution, work product reviews, troubleshooting, data acquisition, documentation, and scripting.
- Potential to experience the impact of software and controls across test bench, dynamometer, virtual simulation, and vehicle environments.
- Learn software testing best practices and gain perspective on planning, teamwork, requirements, electronics, development process, and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure tools and write scripts to assist in software verification.
- Develop and execute test cases to verify software.
- Generate test reports.
- Automate various processes and tasks.
- Create documentation for processes and procedures.
- Build & maintain test bench environments.
- Collect and analyse data.
- Troubleshoot test environments.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Student interested in verification of embedded software.
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits.
- Experience with coding or scripting.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
