About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience through your attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-organized.
- Perform room service duties as required, delivering food and amenities to guests in a timely manner.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in the cleaning of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
