About the Role
You will work across content, social media, search, and partnerships. You will come up with ideas, turn them into small experiments, and measure what works. You will work directly with the founders and see your work go live.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content, social media, search, and partnership strategies.
- Ideate and implement small-scale experiments to test growth initiatives.
- Analyze experiment results to understand effectiveness.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong understanding of Instagram and what makes content engaging.
- Excellent writing skills in English and Hindi, with a natural feel for Hinglish.
- Curious and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify trends and understand their drivers.
- Comfortable with outreach to creators and businesses.
- Bonus: Basic SEO knowledge, Canva or CapCut skills, or experience managing your own page or blog.
