Job Title: CDL-A - Dedicated Reefer Truck Driver - Sprouts Farmers Market

Overview

• Haul produce in reefer trailers.
• Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
• 5-10 loads per week with 1-5 stop-offs per load.
• Drive within Arizona and Nevada.

Pay

• Average pay: $1,450-$1,775 weekly.
• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Home Time

• Multiple Times Per Week.
• Reliable home time – Know exactly when and how often you’ll get home.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Live within 50 miles of Glendale, AZ.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
