Data Analytics Intern

About the Role

The Data Analytics Intern role at TechBoxing is a full-time hybrid position based in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the analytics team by collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources.
• Assist in building dashboards and reports for internal and client projects.
• Perform exploratory data analysis.
• Prepare summary insights.
• Contribute to data visualizations that support business decision-making.
• Help with basic data modeling.
• Assist with documentation of analytical processes.
• Perform quality checks on reports and datasets.
• Collaborate with consultants and developers.
• Learn best practices in analytics.
• Participate in training and project review sessions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.
• Basic knowledge of at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau or Power BI).

Qualifications

• Strong data analytics and data analysis skills for exploring datasets and generating insights.
• Solid analytical skills for problem-solving and interpreting quantitative information.
• Data management skills for organizing, cleaning, and maintaining data from multiple sources.
• Foundational data modeling skills for structuring data to support reporting and dashboards.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Ability to manage tasks in a hybrid work environment.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Interest in learning business intelligence, manufacturing analytics, and enterprise reporting solutions is an advantage.
