Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders and projects.
- Manage customer queries and coordinate internally on:
- Drawings
- Technical issues
- Production status
- Inspections
- Deliveries
- Documentation
- Site matters
- Track and follow up on pending approvals, site readiness, dispatches, and other dependencies until closure.
- Monitor project milestones and proactively flag delays or bottlenecks to the appropriate team or management.
- Collaborate with accounts and sales on payment due dates, send reminders, and track collections.
- Prepare concise weekly updates for management.
- Maintain clear records of customer commitments and communications.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline. An engineering degree is not required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient spoken and written English, including professional email and telephone communication.
- Excellent follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ownership.
- Ability to manage multiple open matters.
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp, and basic office software.
