About the Role
ELEVATE Financial Agency is seeking a full-time, on-site Life Insurance Agent in Austin, TX. This role involves helping individuals and families protect their futures through tailored coverage solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess financial protection needs.
- Explain life insurance options and recommend appropriate policies.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Conduct policy reviews.
- Prepare quotes.
- Process applications in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Maintain accurate client records.
- Coordinate with underwriting and support teams.
- Provide ongoing customer service throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Engage in local marketing or outreach activities to grow the agency’s client base.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- CRM systems and digital tools for prospecting, documentation, and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage.
- Skills in Insurance and Customer Service.
- Foundational Finance skills.
- Active or attainable state life insurance license in Texas, or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales is beneficial but not required.
