About the Role

A full-time Service Engineer role based in Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
• Ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Diagnose technical issues and troubleshoot faults.
• Provide timely field service and technical support to customers.
• Document service activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for parts and upgrades.
• Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to customers.
• Support preventive maintenance plans.
• Adhere to company safety standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, electronics, or related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in industrial equipment servicing or a similar role is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally as required.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup from Mumbai.
