About the Role
The Graduate Student role at UpswingIt is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role offers mentorship, structured learning opportunities, and exposure to cross-functional work within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ongoing projects through data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports or presentations.
- Assist with research activities.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a graduate program in a relevant field (such as business, engineering, technology, or social sciences).

- Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Ability to collaborate in a team setting, manage time well, and handle multiple tasks responsibly.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and word processing applications).
- Demonstrated problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and willingness to learn new concepts and methodologies.
- Interest in working on-site in Mumbai and engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
