About the Role
- Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) for CHAT Process in Chandigarh.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for international (US) customers.
- Assist customers with technical troubleshooting related to telecom services, including Internet, LAN, WAN, VPN, and Home Security.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Shift Details
- 5 Days Working (Rotational Week Offs)
- Rotational Night Shifts (any shift starting between 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM).
- Shift duration: 9 Hours including 1 hour break.
Compensation & Incentives
- INR 23,100 Gross Salary
- INR 1250 for Cab Deduction
- Approx. 21,000 to 22,000 Inhand Salary
- Up to 7,000 Monthly Performance Bonus
- Unlimited Monthly Upselling Incentives (Approx. 12,000 to 14,000)
- Potential to earn between 30-35,000 Inhand (including basic salary & incentives).
