About the Role

• Full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.
• Work closely with the AI and data teams to support the development, testing, and deployment of machine learning models and AI-driven solutions.
• Offers hands-on exposure to real-world AI projects, mentoring from experienced professionals, and opportunities to learn best practices in AI, data science, and software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Data collection and preprocessing.
• Exploratory data analysis.
• Model training and evaluation.
• Assisting with the integration of AI components into existing platforms and services.
• Contributing to documentation.
• Preparing technical reports.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical tasks.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software development concepts.
• Solid Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights.
• Knowledge of Data Science concepts such as data preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical analysis.
• Hands-on understanding of Machine Learning techniques, model evaluation, and common frameworks or libraries.
• Programming skills in languages commonly used for AI and data science (e.g., Python, R, or similar).
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Bengaluru, communicate clearly, and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity about AI applications in education, HR, and IT services, with a willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.

Beneficial Tools/Skills

• Familiarity with tools such as Jupyter Notebooks, version control systems (e.g., Git), and basic SQL.
