About the Role
- Join Vareli Tecsoft and Play Pause Post as a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor Intern.
- Work on video content including sports highlights, tournament footage, social media reels, technology videos, product explainers, and promotional content.
- Opportunity to learn and experiment with new editing techniques and AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit sports highlights, match footage, tournament videos, and engaging reels for Play Pause Post.
- Identify exciting moments in sports footage and create engaging highlight videos with good pacing and storytelling.
- Create technology-focused videos, product explainers, promotional videos, and brand content for Vareli Tecnac.
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Add transitions, text animations, music, sound effects, subtitles, and basic motion graphics.
- Explore and utilize AI-powered video editing and content creation tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand creative briefs, develop ideas, and deliver content on time.
- Stay updated with social media trends, video formats, and emerging editing techniques.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of video storytelling, pacing, transitions, and visual composition.
- Interest in sports and understanding how to capture game excitement through video.
- Familiarity with AI-powered editing or content creation tools, or a willingness to learn them.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to take feedback and improve.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage tasks within deadlines.
Qualifications
- Freshers and aspiring video editors with good editing skills and a strong interest in learning are encouraged to apply.
- A portfolio, sample edits, or showreel demonstrating editing skills is preferred.
- Prior experience in sports content, tournament coverage, or sports video editing is an added advantage.
Work Location: Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra.
