About Tacheon

Tacheon is a growth-as-a-service consulting firm founded in 2017 that helps brands with all things growth. Tacheon has four core verticals:

  • Fractional Chief Growth Officer
  • Digital Transformation & Growth Strategy Consulting
  • Data Warehousing and Analytics
  • Generative AI Consulting

Why This Role is Perfect for Freshers Who Want to Build a Career in Growth Marketing

  • Learn by doing: Get hands-on experience executing real growth marketing campaigns for both startups and established brands from day one.
  • Master the fundamentals: Build a strong foundation in performance marketing, content marketing, analytics, and growth tactics before moving into strategic roles.
  • Accelerated learning curve: Exposure to diverse industries, marketing channels, and growth tactics that would typically take years to accumulate.
  • See the full picture: Work across the entire growth marketing funnel - from acquisition to retention - and understand how all the pieces fit together.
  • Variety and impact: Work on multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously, gaining breadth of experience quickly.

What You'll Do

As a Growth Marketing Associate, you'll be the execution engine supporting growth initiatives for our partner brands. This is a hands-on, learn-by-doing role where you'll execute campaigns, analyze results, optimize performance, and gradually build the expertise needed to eventually develop growth strategies yourself.

Note: This is NOT a strategic advisory role. You won't be asked to "develop strategies" or "advise clients". Instead, you'll focus on executing the growth playbook, learning what works and why, and building your marketing fundamentals.

Core Responsibilities

  • Marketing Operations
  • Work with agencies on performance marketing campaigns across channels (Meta, Google, Amazon, etc.) under senior guidance.
  • Coordinate with agency partners to implement campaigns, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution.
  • Create and manage campaign briefs, creative requests, and project timelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and flag issues or opportunities to the team.
  • Help implement A/B tests and experiments designed by senior team members.
  • Content & Creative Support
  • Support content creation for social media, email campaigns, and website copy.
  • Review creative deliverables from agencies for brand alignment and quality.
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations including outreach, negotiation support, and campaign tracking.
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent publishing across channels.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Pull data from marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, etc.) and create performance reports.
  • Track KPIs including CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer retention metrics.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Google Sheets/Excel to monitor campaign performance.
  • Identify trends and patterns in data and share findings with the team.
  • Learn to connect data insights to business outcomes and marketing optimizations.
  • Research & Competitive Intelligence
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign planning.
  • Track competitor campaigns, promotions, and messaging across channels.
  • Research new marketing tools, platforms, and emerging channels for potential testing.
  • Compile research findings into actionable briefs and presentations.
  • Project Coordination & Operations
  • Coordinate between internal teams, partner brands, and external agencies to keep projects on track.
  • Schedule and prepare materials for client meetings and campaign reviews.
  • Maintain organized documentation of campaigns, learnings, and best practices.
  • Support product launch activities including pricing analysis and go-to-market planning.

What We're Looking For

  • Educational Background & Experience
  • Fresh graduate or 0-1 year of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Internship or project experience in digital marketing, social media, or analytics is a plus but not required.
  • Core Skills Required
  • Excel/Google Sheets proficiency: Must be comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
  • Strong written communication: Ability to write clear, concise copy for emails, social posts, and reports.
  • Basic analytical thinking: Comfortable working with numbers and drawing insights from data.
  • Digital fluency: Familiar with social media platforms, e-commerce, and digital marketing concepts.
  • Presentation skills: Can create clear, visual presentations in PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Personal Attributes
  • Execution-oriented: You enjoy getting things done and take pride in delivering quality work on time.
  • Detail-obsessed: You catch errors others miss and maintain high standards in your deliverables.
  • Hungry to learn: You're genuinely curious about marketing, ask lots of questions, and seek feedback actively.
  • Proactive problem-solver: When you encounter obstacles, you try to find solutions before escalating.
  • Adaptable & resilient: Comfortable with changing priorities and learning from mistakes.
  • Team player: Collaborative, receptive to feedback, and contributes positively to team culture.

Bonus Points For

  • Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of paid advertising.
  • Experience running personal social media accounts or small campaigns.
  • Interest in D2C brands, e-commerce, or consumer marketing.

What You'll Learn & Develop

This role is designed to build comprehensive growth marketing fundamentals. Over your first 12-18 months, you'll develop expertise in:

  • Performance marketing: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, and other paid channels.
  • Marketing analytics: How to measure, track, and optimize campaigns using data.
  • Content & creative: What makes effective marketing copy, visuals, and messaging.
  • Customer acquisition: The full funnel from awareness to conversion and what drives performance at each stage.
  • Retention marketing: Email marketing, loyalty programs, and strategies to keep customers coming back.
  • E-commerce operations: How online businesses work, from product launches to promotional planning.
  • Marketing tools & platforms: Proficiency in industry-standard tools and analytics platforms.
  • Campaign optimisation: How to test, learn, and improve marketing performance systematically.
