Job Details
- Duration: 1 to 3 months
- Stipend: INR 14,500 to INR 16,000 per month
- Employment Type: Full Time (Internship)
- Work Mode: Remote
- Location: India (Remote)
Key Responsibilities
- Post job openings on LinkedIn and other job portals, managing incoming applications.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial screening calls and share candidate feedback.
- Support the onboarding process, including documentation and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate and employee records in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment and HR reports.
- Understand requirements and deliver tasks on time.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic understanding of recruitment and the hiring process.
- Ability to screen resumes and identify relevant skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, filters, sorting).
- Basic understanding of HR functions such as onboarding and employee records.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Good written and spoken English communication.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, or other job portals.
- A laptop/computer and a stable internet connection.
Qualifications
- Students and recent graduates in BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com, BA, B.Sc, BCA, B.Tech, or any related field.
- Freshers interested in building a career in human resources.
