About the Role
- This position is located in Tucson, AZ 85755.
- The contract is for 1 year, with the possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
- The schedule is onsite, with flexibility for early morning calls from home before commuting.
- This role involves system-level verification testing for two different application software platforms in a pathology lab.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform system-level verification testing for two different application software platforms in a pathology lab.
- Write test cases for new software features during New Product Development (NPD).
- Execute testing and thoroughly document the results and defects.
- Assist with writing software requirements and conducting risk analysis.
- Collaborate with global counterparts in Spain and Romania within a small core team of 3 and a larger project group of 30.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Software Integration or Software Testing experience (0-2+ years, including relevant internships or academic projects).
- Experience with writing software requirements, risk analysis, and configuration management is preferred.
- Familiarity with regulated environments (FDA, ISO) or the biotech industry is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, or a related technical field is required.
