We specialise in commercial investment properties, pre-leased assets, office spaces, retail shops, and commercial leasing. We are looking for enthusiastic and confident interns who want to gain practical experience in real estate consulting, client relationship management, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients, investors, and business leads.
• Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in our commercial real estate offerings through advertisements and other channels.
• Understand client requirements, investment preferences, and property interests.
• Explain relevant property opportunities and schedule meetings with the sales and advisory team.
• Follow up with potential clients through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain lead records and update client interactions in the CRM.
• Develop a strong understanding of commercial real estate, investment properties, rental income, and leasing.
• Assist the team in lead management and client relationship building.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in speaking with new people over the phone.
• Good Hindi and English communication skills.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a result-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.
• Interest in sales, business development, finance, or real estate is an advantage.
