About the Role

Xyora is an open, transparent startup and digital brand discovery directory focused on helping indie builders, tech startups, and emerging creators gain lasting visibility.

We are looking for a high-agency Full-Stack Developer Intern with AI/ML who enjoys solving varied problems and learning unfamiliar systems quickly. The intern will work on-site/remote in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with the engineering team to design, develop, and maintain platform features. This role offers hands-on experience in building real-world applications in a startup environment, with mentorship from experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Writing clean and efficient code.
• Implementing back-end services and APIs.
• Debugging and resolving technical issues.
• Contributing to performance and scalability improvements.
• Participating in code reviews.
• Learning and applying software development best practices.
• Assisting in integrating new features that support Xyora’s product discovery and analytics capabilities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational knowledge in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Practical skills in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with experience in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar).
• Exposure to Back-End Web Development, such as building APIs, working with databases, and integrating server-side logic.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Interest in startups, developer tools, or digital product ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Prior project or internship experience is a plus.
• Minimum 1 or 2 years of internship experience required.

Digital Marketing Intern (2 openings)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and promotional content.
• Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Plan and execute new social media content concepts, including reels, posters, creatives, and short-form videos.
• Assist with content shoots, including concept planning, scripting, shooting, and execution.
• Create engaging content such as captions, blog posts, ad copies, scripts, emailers, and product content.
• Monitor campaign analytics and prepare performance reports to assess ROI and engagement.
• Support influencer marketing, SEO, and ASO (App Store Optimization) initiatives.
• Research market trends, competitors, and social media trends to bring fresh marketing ideas.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Canva, and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
