About the Role
Join PwC Acceleration Center India as a SAP PMO - Senior Associate to play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing large-scale SAP implementation projects. You will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define objectives, develop plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Within the Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of SAP solutions, helping clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections, managing and inspiring others, navigating complex situations, growing your personal brand, and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity. You will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas, solve problems, interpret data to inform insights, and uphold professional and technical standards. This position offers an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and its evolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing large-scale SAP implementation projects to align with strategic objectives.
- Collaborating with business leaders and technical teams to define project goals and develop comprehensive plans.

- Monitoring project progress and mitigating risks to validate successful delivery.
- Coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders to achieve program milestones.

- Implementing continuous process improvement methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Leveraging tools like Microsoft Project and Jira Software for efficient project tracking and reporting.
- Facilitating cross-functional team coordination to drive project success.
- Developing business cases and managing project budgets to support financial objectives.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in SAP Project Management and Program Planning.
- Experience leveraging tools like Jira Software and Microsoft Project for project tracking.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Experience engaging stakeholders through effective communication strategies.
- Experience embracing change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with Agile Methodology for efficient project management.
- Proficiency in Business Case Development and Benefits Realization Management.
Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- Oral and written proficiency in English.
