About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Packager role based in Kolkata.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare products for shipment by assembling, packing, labeling, and sealing packages according to company guidelines and customer specifications.
- Check items for damage or defects.
- Verify quantities.
- Ensure packaging materials are used appropriately and safely.
- Follow standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to meet daily production targets.
- Assist with basic record-keeping related to orders and inventory as needed.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Capability to perform manual tasks, including standing for extended periods and handling materials in a production environment.
- Effective communication skills
- Cooperative attitude for working within a team setting.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform packing tasks accurately and efficiently while meeting daily production goals.
- Foundational knowledge or interest in Packaging Design and Packaging Engineering.
- Experience or aptitude in Quality Control.
- Basic Research skills.
- Prior experience in packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing environments is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
