Student Assistant

About the Role

Seamless Saudi Arabia is the Kingdom’s leading event for digital commerce, next-generation payments, embedded finance, and modern banking solutions. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune District, supporting the promotion and operations of Seamless Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event marketing activities.
• Help manage communications with students and partners.
• Support outreach campaigns related to digital commerce and payments.
• Coordinate information sessions.
• Maintain databases and records.
• Provide logistical support for promotional events or workshops.
• Perform basic administrative tasks.
• Prepare reports or summaries.
• Collaborate with senior team members to ensure smooth execution of student-focused initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong interest in digital commerce, payments, fintech, retail, or related fields.
• Ability to quickly learn event-related concepts.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort with basic digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Experience with social media platforms for outreach and coordination.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program.
• Business, marketing, IT, or related studies are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune District.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in student organizations, events, or internships is beneficial but not required.
