Operations and Production Intern

About Us

We build supersenses for robots, starting with vision. Our stereo camera systems help robotics and AI teams see and capture the real world. We're a small team, and every unit that ships has passed through our hands.

The Role

You'll work on the floor where the product actually gets made. You won't spend your days in slide decks or watching from the side. You'll build, test, ship and improve how we do all of it, and wherever you can, you'll automate it.

What You'll Do

• Calibrate stereo cameras and check that each unit passes before it ships.
• Assemble cameras, receivers, cables and kits, and look after quality on every unit.
• Handle logistics: pack, dispatch and track deliveries, and coordinate with couriers and customers.
• Manage orders end to end, from confirmation to delivery, and keep stock and records accurate.
• Automate manual steps in production. For example, have a robot arm calibrate the cameras instead of doing it by hand.
• Spot what's slow or error-prone, propose fixes, and help put them in place.
• Work closely with the founding team on whatever the week needs.

• Like working with your hands and enjoy hardware.
• Care about getting details right, because one bad unit reaches a customer.
• Take ownership and follow through without being chased.
• Have an automation mindset: if you do something twice, you look for a way to never do it by hand again.
• Communicate clearly and get along well in a small team.
• Can work on-site in Ahmedabad and are comfortable with long hours and no fixed weekly off.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• A technical background in electronics, mechanical, robotics, computer science or a related field.
• Experience using AI tools to work faster, such as coding assistants or AI agents.
• Hands-on experience with soldering, 3D printing, robot arms or bench testing.
• Comfort with scripting (Python or similar) or spreadsheets.

Stipend and Structure

• Trial: 15 days, Rs 15,000.
• Internship: 3 months after a successful trial, Rs 30,000 to 50,000 per month depending on performance.
• Hours: Expect long days and being on call when production or deliveries need you.
• Time Off: There's no fixed weekly off or guaranteed weekends.
