About the Role
- Position: HR Recruiter
- Location: Hyderabad
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Shift: Day Shift (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)
- Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Fixed Off)
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
- Candidates: Female Candidates Only
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate sourcing and screening.
- Initial candidate communication and interview coordination.
- Explain job requirements and follow up until joining.
- Maintain recruitment records and achieve hiring targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Qualifications
- Freshers:
- Any Graduate.
- Pursuing candidates are not eligible.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Experienced Candidates:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in any one of the following:
- International Voice Process Recruitment
- HR AR Calling
Salary & Incentives
- Freshers:
- First 3 Months: 13,000 + Incentives up to 10,000.
- From 3rd Month: 15,000-20,000 + Incentives, based on performance.
- Experienced:
- First 3 Months: 15,000 + Incentives up to 10,000.
- Salary revision from 3rd Month based on performance and target achievement.
